Asalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
I pray that you're all in the best of health and high spirits.
Alhamdulillah, we've been blessed to experience another Ramadan. And like our righteous predecessors, we ask Allah to allow us to witness another Ramadan (next year): اَللّهُمَّ بَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَان "O Allah, allow us to witness the month of Ramadan."
We pray for all those who returned to Allah during this blessed month and ask Allah to shower them with mercy, expand their graves, and make their final resting place Jannatul Firdous in the highest abode.
Allah tells us in the Qur'an: 'Ramadan is the month in which the Qur'an was revealed, as a guide for humanity, with clear proofs of guidance and the standard ˹to distinguish between right and wrong˺ [Al-Baqarah 2:185]. Thus, Ramadan is a time where we all turn our focus towards the Qur'an, as was the practice of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and His companions.
In this spirit, we want to share a special four-part Ramadan video series we created titled; Stories From The Qu'ran For Kids. Although the series is intended for children, the feedback we are receiving is that entire families are watching and enjoying together. We pray that you find benefit in it.
As we approach these final days of this blessed month, Al-Madina is asking our global family to help us continue our work by donating to our Ramadan Zakat Campaign. Our rewards are multiplied 70 times or more during Ramadan, and we ask Allah to bless each of you for any amount you can give. Please consider Al-Madina as your Zakat recipient and help us reach our fundraising goal in these last few days of this mubarak month.
May we all welcome the 'Eid in a state of remembrance, reverence, and gratitude. You are all in our collective Duas, and we ask you to please keep us in yours. We pray that Allah accept all your fasting, prayers, and supplications and that we are all blessed to witness another Ramadan.
