The early-bird registration fee is $114 per person until September 15th. Starting from September 16, the registration fee will increase to $134 per person.

There is no on-site registration available. There are limited seats available, and registration is expected to fill quickly.

Because of the nature of the program and for the convenience of attendees, attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the Hyatt-Reston. Registrants who mention Al-Madina Institute at the time of reservation will receive a special discounted rate at the Hyatt-Reston of $129 - $149 per night for reservations (while supplies last). Al-Madina Institute is not responsible for hotel reservations; any inquiries should be made to the Hyatt directly (see below).

The lectures and activities during this program will concentrate on the Qur'anic sciences and should be considered as a spiritual retreat, a means by which we can reconnect with the Qur'an. Students who are dedicated and attend with an emphasis on spiritual matters are likely to benefit most from the program.

Sessions will begin Friday afternoon with Jummah and conclude at Sunday evening.

Childcare services for children between the ages of 3-11 is available for $99 per child for the entire weekend. Parents must pick up their children during breaks and at the end of the designated times. For parents caring for their children, they are welcome to attend the class via the live video feed room.

Refunds are available - only if requested before September 15th, 2023. Refunds after this time will not be issued.
