Nurudeen's Project on Natural Disasters

In the advanced levels of Al-Madina’s Arabic Online Kids program, students are given the opportunity to explore topics which spark their interest like natural history, past historical personages and science, just to name a few. They are also exposed to a more rigorous study of the language both at the level of grammar and speech. Students will often read passages written by Muslim Scholars on thought-provoking topics as well as on the ever-important topic of beautiful moral character.

Meet Nurudeen. After several hours of research and preparation, he was able to present on the topic of natural disasters both scientifically as well as through a spiritual lens. Watch as he explores the various causes of earthquakes and forest fires while in addition connecting them to some verses of the Qur’ān. All of this, and in Classical Arabic as well….
